1) Strictly promote the implementation of FPD requirements, responsible for the entire process control work of the project from design to production, procurement, shipping, installation and acceptance.
2) Provide support for project sales, participate in bidding proposals for important projects, prepare project construction and safety plans, and provide reasonable suggestions.
3) Establish a project team, lead labor bidding and bidding, sign contracts, and manage and control the labor company throughout the process.
4) Develop a project implementation plan, develop a project cost plan, construction period plan, resource demand plan, and strictly implement them.
5) Responsible for managing the entire process of project construction, operation, acceptance, filing, and payment collection.
6) Need to stay on the project site for a long time.
