——2022 Fenghua Construction Account Manager Mid-Autumn Festival Training
In order to improve the professional ability of sales positions and allow more salespeople to grow rapidly and be independent, from September 2022 to September 9, 12, Fenghua Construction held a special empowerment training for account managers with the theme of "skill improvement, value presentation, step by step, and continuous transcendence". This training invited an external teacher Mr. Lu Heping, as a marketing expert with more than 9 years of marketing research, consulting and training experience in the industrial products industry, and is very familiar with engineering, machinery, building materials and many other industries.

from the selection of the team leader, Mr. Lu brought everyone a full of dry training content: project procurement and sales process analysis, project selection and project establishment, project information collection, project procurement organization analysis, demand and competition analysis, setting goals and competitive strategies, establishing relationships with project stakeholders, effective communication skills, presenting the value of products and solutions, etc. Mr. Lu taught vividly, humorously, and using case teaching, while teaching the marketing theory framework system, combined with the practical experience of marketing executives of his top 500 multinational enterprises, to guide students to think proactively.

students actively interacted with Mr. Lu, analyzed the customer's organizational structure and decision-making process, wrote out the customer demand list and competitive analysis list, and finally displayed and shared their results through group internal discussions.

combination of theory and practice in this training, and Mr. Lu brings everyone the game of "island survival". Through the game, students can understand the source of information, the method of obtaining key information, etc., so that students can fully understand the internal relationship of customers and how to respond. The teachers analyzed and summarized the feedback and practical operation of the students, so that the students could grasp the difficulties encountered in actual sales and effective methods to quickly solve bottlenecks in the process of the exercise.

Through this training, the marketing theoretical foundation of the trainees was consolidated and the marketing ideas were broadened. The training is short, the learning is infinite, the participants have said that they should run the thinking method of this training through the daily sales work, hone themselves in practice, continuously improve the sales level, and make unremitting efforts to achieve the group's "double hundred" goal!
